As a Mental Health Pre-Assessment specialist at Divine Trinity Outreach Center, I conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their specific mental health needs. I use the ASAM Criteria's strength-based multidimensional assessment approach, which takes into account a patient's needs, obstacles, and liabilities, as well as their strengths, assets, resources, and support structure.
